Waiting list mediation
Waiting for care can be frustrating. The Care Coach will review the different options with you to shorten the waiting time. We will investigate whether you can be seen more quickly elsewhere or if there might be a better option available for your specific situation. And sometimes, if waiting turns out to be the best option, we will explain that clearly and support you.

The Care Coach supports you with waiting list mediation for mental health care by helping you look for available treatment spots that suit your situation. Further online information is in Dutch only, but service is available in English.
(After)care and recovery
The Care Coach is your partner in (after)care and recovery, supporting you from the moment your medical treatment ends. We help you find the right home care and advise on stays in care facilities and personal alert systems. If recovery is not possible, we also provide guidance in arranging care during the final stages of life or in a hospice.
Support for informal carers
If you are caring for someone, a friend or neighbour for example, then you are 1 in about 4 million informal carers in the Netherlands. The Care Coach knows what can be reimbursed and can help you. Reimbursement for recovery care
The Care Coach helps you find out if the care you need at home after your treatment is covered. Further online information is in Dutch only, but service is available in English.
Finding district nursing

Finding primary care stay (ELV)
