Postpone healthcare costs for 30 days

Perhaps you've received a bill for healthcare costs, such as for medicine, but paying it has come at an inconvenient time. No need to fret, you can postpone paying this bill for 30 days.

Pay your mandatory excess in advance

If you think its likely you have to pay all your mandatory excess in 2024, there is the option to pay this in advance in 10 parts. By arranging this now, you can prevent receiving a bill for the total mandatory excess all at once in the future.

Pay healthcare costs in instalments

You don’t have to pay healthcare costs in 1 go, but you can do this in smaller amounts. You choose how much you want to pay per month. Any new bill will automatically be added to this service. Activate this now and start paying in instalments when you receive a new bill.

If you are unable to pay your healthcare premium once, you can opt to pay your healthcare premium in instalments.

Modify the debit date or pay manually

Zilveren Kruis automatically charges for the healthcare premium and health care costs, but it is possible to manually pay, if you prefer. Please be aware that if you pay manually, you won't have access to other payment options such as paying for your healthcare costs in instalments.
