Modify debit date for your premium
If we debit your premium automatically every month, quarter, half-year or annually, you can choose the date on which we do it. You can choose from the 15th, 21st, 24th, 27th or the 1st of the month and you can easily modify the debit date online.

You pay your premium in advance
For example: if you choose to pay on the 1st of the month, then you will pay on the 1st of May for the month of May. Should you choose a later date, you will pay for the following month. For example: if you pay on the 15th of May, this will be the premium for June.
When will my new debit date take effect?
I pay every month
It is possible that we will debit the premium on a different date to the one you choose. Sometimes your modification and our payment request miss each other.
I pay every quarter, half-year or annually
If you modified your debit date well in advance, then the modification will start on the date you indicated.

The debit date of your premium payments in instalments doesn't modify
It's possible that your payment in instalments is on a different date to your premium payments.
The debit date of your payment in instalments of the mandatory excess will modify
From now on, your payments will be debited on the date you choose.
Sometimes we debit on a later date
We will do our best to debit on the date you ruquested, but sometimes it's not possible because the bank is closed or it's a Sunday or a public holiday. No payment requests are done on New Year's Day or during the Christmas period, but will usually be debited a day later.
