What can I do if I have problems with Mijn Zilveren Kruis?

Why can't I see the details of co-insured?
The policyholder is the person who took out the insurance with Zilveren Kruis. The policyholder can view and modify their own details as well as those co-insured persons. Co-insured persons can only view and modify their own details.
The policyholder can't view the healthcare usage of co-insured individuals aged 12 and over due to privacy legislation. The co-insured individual must authorise the policyholder to adjust or view the healthcare usage. Further information available in Dutch only.
Where can I find my insurance (policy) number?
You can find your insurance number in Mijn Zilveren Kruis and in the Zilveren Kruis app under the button 'verzekering'. You can also find the number om your health insurance card. The insurance number is also referred to as the policy number.
Why can't I see a claims overview in Mijn Zilveren Kruis?
The policyholder is the only one who can see the claims overview. If you are logged in as an insured person in Mijn Zilveren Kruis, you won't be able to view the claims overview.
The policyholder is the person who takes out the insurance and pays the premium. The insured person is the person who is covered by the insurance.
