With the Zilveren Kruis app, you have access to everything related to your health insurance. Anytime and anywhere.

Have you had health care costs?

With our app, you can easily submit a claim. Log in securely with DigiD. Take a photo of the bill and submit it. Within 2 working days your money will be transferred into your bank account.

A quick check what's reimbursed?

Want to check how you are insured? Or what kind of care is reimbursed? With our app, you can do so anytime, anywhere, whenever it suits you.

View your health care costs

Do you want to know what health care costs you’ve had? Or how much of your excess is left? You can find this in our Zilveren Kruis app.

Pay oustanding bills?

You can also do this through the Zilveren Kruis app. It’s safe and secure via iDEAL and you can immediately see what you are paying for.

Need a health insurance card?

Always have your health insurance card(s) and EHIC to hand with our app. If you temporarily don't have Wi-Fi access, take a screenshot of your health insurance card so you don't need to open the app. This is handy if you're abroad, for example.

Do you have a question? Chatbot Ziv will answer 24/7 in the app

If you want to call us, do it from the app!

It'll save time as you don't have to share your details with us when you call. We know who we're speaking to because you are logged into the app and are calling from a secure environment. You may see a long number on your screen or hear some noise. Don't worry, as that's correct and safe, and we can see who's calling us. You will pay your usual call charges.

Having trouble with the app?

Firstly, check if there's an update available in the App Store or Google Play Store. If updating the app doesn't help, follow the steps in the 'Help with Online Issues' ('Hulp bij online problemen') guide, as you may find a solution there. Lastly, if not, please report the problem so we can resolve the issue. Further information is available in Dutch only.
