If you want a wide choice of contracted health care providers, our best-stelling Basis Zeker is a good choice. This arranged care policy (naturapolis) reimburses 100% of all contracted hospitals and all contracted care providers and will cost you €147.75 per month in 2024.
Where you can go with Basis Zeker
Choose from all contracted hospitals
With an arranged care policy, you can go to any hospital with whom we have agreements. We make agreements about what care that should be provided and at what price and they are called contracted care providers. You don’t have to pay the costs at a contracted care provider in advance as we’ll arrange payment directly with the care provider. If you have an arranged care policy and want to visit a non-contracted care provider, we’ll reimburse 75% of the average contracted rate (link in Dutch). Further information in Dutch only.
Other care providers
Physiotherapist, chiropodist or an independent treatment centre is what we mean by other care providers. If the care provider has a contract with us, you will receive 100% reimbursement according to your basic insurance terms and conditions. Please note that the excess applies to most reimbursements covered by basic insurance.
If you go to a non-selected hospital or non-contracted care provider, you'll receive 75% of the average contracted rate (link in Dutch) and pay the rest out of your own pocket.
