Congratulations on the birth of your child. This letter concerns [his/her] health insurance.
Your child is co-insured with your health insurance
They do not pay premium until their 18th birthday. Children get the same supplementary insurance as their parent with the most comprehensive package.
The policy document is enclosed with this letter
The document shows how and what your [son/daughter] is insured for. It also serves as proof that [he/she] is insured with us. Make sure you store it safely.
You will receive [his/her] insurance card soon
The insurance card shows that your [son/daughter] is insured with us. You will receive the insurance card within 10 working days of [his/her] policy taking effect. Have you not received your insurance card yet, but your [son/daughter] is in need of healthcare? Please use the policy document or your identification as proof.
