Postpone your healthcare costs once for 30 days

Sometimes the timing of a direct debit is inconvenient time as it's the end of the month and you haven't been paid yet. Postponing the debit of the payment once is an option.

You can postpone the payment if:

  • you received notice from us about healthcare costs.
  • you pay by direct debit.
  • you haven't received a reminder yet about healthcare costs.
  • you don't have any outstanding bills or a payment plan.

This is how to postpone your payment

  • Go to Mijn Zilveren Kruis and to the bill you want to postpone.
  • Open the bill.
  • Click on the button 'Betaling uitstellen' at bottom.
