Postpone your healthcare costs once for 30 days
Sometimes the timing of a direct debit is inconvenient. It may be the end of the month and you haven't been paid yet. In this case, you can postpone your payment once.
You can postpone the payment if:
- you received a bill from us for healthcare costs
- you pay by direct debit
- you haven't received a payment reminder yet
- you don't have any outstanding bills or an active payment plan.
How to postpone your payment
- Go to Mijn Zilveren Kruis and choose the bill you want to postpone.
- Open the bill.
- Click on the button 'Betaling uitstellen' (postpone payment) at bottom.
