Criminals are sending fake emails on behalf of Zilveren Kruis

Some customers receive emails with titles like 'Reminder: Outstanding Amount for Health Insurance.' Always check if a payment reminder is also listed in Mijn Zilveren Kruis or our app. Additionally, criminals send emails about a free medical kit with first aid supplies (medicare). Check Fraudehelpdesk.nl to see which fake messages are circulating.

We never ask you to provide personal or financial information by email of WhatsApp. Always check the sender and the account number. Only pay us at NL 58 INGB 0000 0030 50. More information is available in Dutch only.
