Why we debit at a later date

Sometimes we debit an amount at a later date

Do you pay your premium and health costs automatically? We will try to debit on the agreed date. However, that isn’t always possible. There are different reasons for that.

Reasons why we debit at a later date

  1. The bank is closed on Sundays and holidays
  2. There are no bank transactions at Christmas or on New Years day. The bank will debit the amount after the holidays. Usually a day later. Contact your bank for more information

  3. Your bank checks the 1st direct debit

If the 1st direct debit goes well then the following direct debits will be on the agreed date. Health costs are sometimes debited 3 workdays later. Your premium and health costs (excess) are different elements and amounts. The bank checks these items separately
