Choose how you pay your premium and health costs

There are several ways to pay your bills. Via direct debit for instance, or receive a bill by e-mail and pay easily with iDEAL without any extra costs. Receiving your bill by mail is also possible. This will cost you an € 1 extra and you have to arrange the payments yourself.

Discount on your premium?

Pay bi-annually or annually and receive a discount on your premium. If you choose to pay your premium annually, you will benefit from a 2% discount. You’ll receive a 0.75% discount if you choose to pay your bill bi-annually. If you want to pay this year’s premium bi-annually, please let us know before 1 July. Do you want to change your payment term to (bi-)annually for next year? Please let us know no later than November to avoid receiving your bill after 1 January.

Wish to pay a bill you received from us? Always use the payment details of the bill to ensure that we can process your payment well. Lost our account number? Our IBAN number is NL58 INGB 0000 0030 50 in the name of Zilveren Kruis Achmea Zorgverzekeringen NV. Don’t forget to state your insurance number.
