What services am I entitled to?

You are entitled to the full Zilveren Kruis Service. This means that we take care of a lot of matters so you do not have to take care of them. You may obtain refills for prescriptions, contraception medication and auxiliary medical devices via your pharmacy or our vast network of suppliers. You have direct contact with your personal health care assistant for all your care and health questions.

The Personal Health Care Assistant will mediate and arrange for care, apply for a second (or third) opinion via Best Doctors and apply for a free of charge preventive check-up once a year (NIPED PreventieKompas).

Furthermore Carefree service arranges matters you do not have time for or you do not do in terms of care, housekeeping, administration and transport.

Do you prefer different National Health Care Insurance?

If you prefer different National Health Care Insurance because you prefer to arrange more things by yourself or you wish to have even more service and convenience, then you can choose the Beter Af Selectief Policy or the Beter Af Policy.
