Find the original bill.

Check whether the insured party’s name, address, place of residence and date of birth are shown at the top of the bill on The right.

Write the insured party’s client number at the top of the bill on the right.

Always make a copy of the bill for your own records.

In most cases you can submit the original bill any time during the 12 months after the end of the calendar year in which the treatment took place. As far as this period is concerned, what counts is the treatment date and not the date on which the bill was issued.
* Some bills do have to be accompanied by a form, such as bills relating to:
- medical expenses incurred abroad
- travel expenses using your own car or public transport
- visiting or accommodation costs
